Relation Between Project Parties

Any project, large or small, depends on human resources, the ultimate source of any project’s success or failure. In every phase of the project, there are teams that work either in parallel or in series. Different teams can work at the same time. Some teams can receive work from other teams. Every team has its own internal organization and may also have specific goals of its own. The proj­ect manager is responsible for coordinating all the relationships among the various task forces and agencies that operate within the project.
