This distribution is shown in Figure (3.18) is used in any event
where the values have the same probability of occurrence. For
example, when you roll a die the probability of rolling a number
between 1 and 6 is a constant, which its probability value is (1/6).
Xj and X2 are the minimum and maximum values, respectively.
